The one that says getting fit is harder, your energy is gone, your body's working against you... and from here on out, it's pretty much a slow slide downhill. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗵. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼. What nobody mentions is that by 50, you've already done hard things. You've built a life. Solved problems. Survived things. Learned a few lessons the hard way. You're not starting from scratch. You're starting from experience. @Lise Lively got that memo too.
