How to maintain this for summer...! You don’t need to be perfect. You need to be consistent with the basics: ✔️ Move daily ✔️ Support your gut ✔️ Eat with intention ✔️ Stay aware of how you feel What to look for moving forward: - Energy levels - Digestion - Bloating - Consistency This is the system. These are the tools I personally use to stay consistent. You don’t fall off… You just stay in it. Who is still showing up for the final days of 4 for the Core!?

This is what consistency looks like,, This didn’t come from: ❌ Random workouts ❌ Guessing It came from: ✔️ Showing up ✔️ Training with intention ✔️ Supporting the body properly And yes.. having the right tools helped me stay consistent and supported through it.
