Morning Rituals
What morning habits/rituals do you have for yourself? Is there something you have learned about yourself that you have found to be important to prioritize in the morning? I’ve found the create a more refined energetic and emotional baseline for my day. Giving me a foundation or grounding point to move from rooted in my authenticity and how I want to show up for the world. I find when I skip my rituals I can be easily swayed to behave or show up in ways that are not aligned with the highest version of me. Mine are water and minerals right a way when I wake, a step outside with some breaths of fresh air, some light movement or a walk outside in the first hour of waking, and 20-30 minutes of breathing and meditation. I feel like I don't exactly fit. My morning consists of phone, bathroom, brush teeth, get dressed, open blinds. And that's about it. A breathing exercise, water, and sunshine sound so nice!

Monday Integration and Intention Setting
Greetings Friends, I have been deep in learning here in India and am grateful for this Breathe to Remember community to help keep me accountable to myself and you all. I have been learning so much about breath, yogic wisdom, and philosophy and so much more. I'm excited to continue sharing it here on this community. Please take a moment with this short integration and intention setting. These practices are extremely valuable in our journey of cultivating deeper awareness and personal growth. As we notice the patterns in our lives we have the possibility to identify them and make changes that align us with our highest potential.

Happy blossoming spring Monday. I hope you're all attuning to the bursting of life around you as spring There's a lot going on in the world around us. Here are some things to consider this week. I'd love it if you'd be willing to share a bit about your experience with these. - What have you been noticing in your body lately -- physical, emotional, thoughts/stories? - Are you feeling tight, anxious, stressed? Calm, present, connected? - Are you able to stay present with the flow of emotions in your daily life? - Do you feel like this is possible for you? If not, why? - How do you think improved awareness could improve your daily life? - What intentions are you calling into your life right now?

I've been noticing a ton of anxiety and tightness throughout my days, stress from the world popping up any time I tune in and notice. I am constantly telling myself stories of how everything is collapsing (food system, water system) feels like we are stuck being controlled but hoping to break free! I can stay present for periods of time for sure and feel I am able to release more of my fears than others around me. Hoping to make this a more consistent feeling as well as being intentional with my path forward of growing my own food! Calling in calm and growth

@Jordan Carr "monkey mind" is like survival brain? Sometimes I like to take a perspective of "we are all monkeys" to tune into presence like an animal simply being in the moment lol
