Do you often use abbreviations in your daily life?
Using abbreviations is convenient, but sometimes people cannot understand its meanings. Some of them, though, have a meaning known to most people. For example, BMI, body mass index, is a common expression. Others, such as AF, atrial fibrillation, which I do not think that everyone can understands are often used in my workplace. Imagine if you read news which say alcohol may raise your risk of AF, can you know its meaning immediately? I guess English native speakers always use abbreviations in their life. People are used to abbreviation. but do you feel inconvenient in these situations?
A nap?! 😴
I don’t know how people take naps during the day. Whenever I try to take one to recharge, I wake up confused, wondering what year it is, and then I need another nap to recover from the first one 🀣🀣

Several studies showed that a short nap (<30 mins) is good for health. But frequent and long naps could indicate some health issues. The point I learned is the quality of your nocturnal sleep. But it is difficult for me. Work and life make me stressed. Another very important consideration is to consult a doctor for an evaluation of sleep apnea syndrome if you often snore loudly while sleeping.
