Somatic Healing Session Update 🔥
Hello family 💛 Following on from the somatic healing post I shared recently the response has been really encouraging and I appreciate every single one of you who dropped your interest. I have been speaking with the practitioner and we are planning to arrange the initial session for Sunday the 7th of June at 2PM EST. I have noticed that more of you tend to attend sessions over the weekend so wanted to pick a day and date that works for the majority. This is going to be a hands on experiential session. Not a talk. Not a lecture. You will be actively guided through the process in real time working with your own body. If Sunday the 7th of June works for you comment ATTENDING below. Somatic Healing Session Confirmed This Sunday 🔥
Hello family 💛 It is confirmed. The somatic healing session with @Joanna Bondarowska is happening this Sunday the 7th of June at 2pm EST. So many of you showed interest and I am really excited to make this happen for the community. Here is what you need to know to prepare. 🔹 Do not eat a heavy meal within two hours of the session 🔹 Come well hydrated for the best experience 🔹 Wear comfortable clothing. Natural fabrics if possible 🔹 Joanna will be sending over a Spotify link with music beforehand. Make sure you have good sound quality ready as the music is a big part of the experience 🔹 No intention needed. Just come with a readiness to allow and an openness to receive This is a live experiential session. You will be guided through the whole process in real time by @Joanna Bondarowska . @Joanna Bondarowska thanks so much for the detailed response! All of that makes a ton of sense. If I happen to arrive a bit late, and have to leave a bit early, would that be acceptable? And do you think I could still benefit? I love the idea of getting all of us together for this. I just might not be available for all of the two hours.

Hello family 💛 Most people on this journey focus on the mind. The thoughts. The beliefs. The patterns. And that work is powerful. But here is what often gets missed. Trauma and stress do not just live in your mind. They live in your body. In your nervous system. And until you address what is stored there you can do all the inner work in the world and still feel stuck. We have covered a lot of ground in this community recently. Survival mode. Self image. The observer. Root causes. All of it pointing to one thing. The importance of going deeper than the surface. But even when you understand the concept and catch the thought the body can still pull you back if the nervous system has not been addressed. And some of you have shared exactly that. Feeling like you are doing everything right but the results are not matching. Nervous system reactivity that is hard to shake. Patterns that keep showing up no matter how much inner work you do. A sense that something underneath is still not shifting. That is exactly what somatic healing works with. It goes beneath the mind and works directly with the nervous system to release what has been trapped there. The tension. The survival energy. The stuff that has been held so long it just feels normal. I am currently in talks with a practitioner to come and host a live group session exclusively for this community. And before you wonder whether something like this can work virtually the answer is yes. She has ways of connecting with you through the screen and the session will be hands on and experiential on your end. This is not a talk or a lecture. You will be actively involved and working with your own body in real time guided by her through the whole process. But I will only organise it if enough of you are genuinely interested. This is for you if... 🔹 You have done the inner work but still feel blocked 🔹 You carry tension or anxiety in your body you cannot shake 🔹 You want to feel more present, grounded and at ease

Just finished “When the Body Says No” by Gabor Mate. Really liked it. Also just got The Body Keeps the Score (I know I know, I’m late to the game. But stoked to read it). Also the trifecta of Joe Dispenza books. I’m currently brain retraining to help heal from chronic illness and build capacity to get to my higher self. If anyone has any recommendations let me know! 😊
