What is your biggest distraction?
What is your biggest challenge to attention or biggest distraction that you wrestle with when you need to focus and write? Mine might be YouTube videos? How about you?

It’s hard for me anytime I’m at home trying to concentrate. If I get out of the house, I don’t have laundry or dishes calling my name.

I'm seriously working to not always be in "control" mode. Letting go, getting curious about the new day and seeing where it takes me feels amazing lately. Thanks Danny!
