@Leah Davidson I kinda love that you posted this in different groups! I'm gonna answer different this time. :) One thing that looks fine on the outside of my life, but actually costs my nervous system a lot is constantly being “on” and responsive — even when I technically have flexibility. The freedom of entrepreneurship is real, and the invisible pressure to reply, think, create, hold space, and be available quietly adds up.
📣 Midlife Creator Roll Call
One thing I wish more women 40–60 knew: 👉 You are early, not late. Midlife women are the fastest-growing audience online — and yet there are still so few creators speaking directly from lived experience. That means: - High demand - Low competition - Deep trust Your experience matters.Your perspective is needed. And someone in this community needs exactly what you know. So let’s flip this into an introduction + visibility moment 👇 📊 Answer this poll below: Which area of your midlife expertise do you most often help other women with? COMMENT PROMPT (this part matters 👇) After you vote, introduce yourself in the comments with one sentence only: “I help midlife women with ________, and one thing I know from experience is ________.” No pitching. No links. No overthinking. Just real experience → real value. This is how we normalize midlife women owning their expertise and being seen for it. 💥 I’ll jump in first in the comments too! 👇 Your turn.

I help midlife women stop people pleasing and rediscover who they are, what they want, and how to get it, and one thing I know from experience is that saying "No" is a full sentence.
If you could 🔦 spotlight one thing to support a mid-life woman biz owner...
what would it be? Not a pitch. Not a link. Not a “do this or else” post. Just genuine support—from your lived experience. It could be: - a helpful hint you wish you’d known sooner - a simple business practice that made things easier - a mindset or mindfulness shift that helped you stay grounded - a nutrition or health habit that supports your energy - a tool or routine that reduced overwhelm - or something that helped you feel more like yourself again while building a business ✨ Especially inviting our Level 1 members to jump in here.If you’ve been quietly reading, this is a beautiful place to show up—no pressure to be polished or profound. Think of this as: “If I could put my hand on another woman’s shoulder and say this helped me, it would be…” Drop one thing below. No explanations required (unless you want to).Just real support, from one woman to another. I'll go first and drop mine in the comments.

@Olivia Radcliffe this👆. Take breaks, rest, nap, go on vacation, set work hours and don't work outside if them.

I've been slowing down a lot this month. Holy hell I am tired. Rest!
Quiet Celebration
Name one thing from this week that deserves a quiet “well done.” Big or small.

I sat with the feelings of guilt as I did nothing this week while I was sick.
