New Summit: March 30, 31 & April 1 2026
The 🌸 Built to Be Seen Summit is a spring activation for midlife women Skool hosts who are ready to step into visibility with intention — and build businesses designed to be seen, shared, and scaled. You already have experience. You already have the insight. Now it’s time to simplify, position yourself clearly, and grow with focus. Inside this summit and community, visibility is strategic — not performative. We focus on productizing your expertise, building traffic and community, using AI as leverage, and monetizing Skool communities without adding complexity or burnout. Interested in being Speaker? Great! I can make the first one, but not the others:(
Need your help!
A little sneak peak… I’m working on finalizing my “Doodle Journal” that will come out in the spring and I’m trying to decide on covers! I’d love your input: ✨ Busy: embossed doodles all over 🤍 Simple: one embossed doodle My family all chose the same favorite, which surprised me - so I need some other perspectives before I decide on production quantities: Which one are you more drawn to at first glance (see attached photos! 👇) Thank you!!!

Completing the Stress Cycle
My podcast (Building Resilience) episode this week was inspired by someone in my Nervous System Journaling Club community (which stay tuned for some rebranding in the New Year to my community!!) 💕 They asked if I had an episode explaining the stress cycle and I realized I talk about it all the time, but hadn’t dedicated a full episode to it yet. So that is exactly what I did! And I thought I'd share it here too! Big idea in simple terms: Stress doesn’t end just because the situation ends. It ends when your nervous system gets a signal that the cycle is complete - physically, emotionally, socially, or creatively. If you’ve ever thought: - “Why am I still wired even though the day is over?” - “Nothing big is happening… so why am I so exhausted?” ...then you will enjoy this episode! And here are 2 journal prompts to play with after you listen: 1️⃣ What is your favourite way to complete the stress cycle ( and how often am I actually doing it right now? 2️⃣ What signs tell you your stress cycle is NOT complete (in your body, mood, sleep, or reactions)? If you listen, come back and let me know what stood out and share your insights to the questions!

📣 Midlife Creator Roll Call
One thing I wish more women 40–60 knew: 👉 You are early, not late. Midlife women are the fastest-growing audience online — and yet there are still so few creators speaking directly from lived experience. That means: - High demand - Low competition - Deep trust Your experience matters.Your perspective is needed. And someone in this community needs exactly what you know. So let’s flip this into an introduction + visibility moment 👇 📊 Answer this poll below: Which area of your midlife expertise do you most often help other women with? COMMENT PROMPT (this part matters 👇) After you vote, introduce yourself in the comments with one sentence only: “I help midlife women with ________, and one thing I know from experience is ________.” No pitching. No links. No overthinking. Just real experience → real value. This is how we normalize midlife women owning their expertise and being seen for it. 💥 I’ll jump in first in the comments too! 👇 Your turn.

I love all these powerful midlife women!! I'm Leah from Toronto and I help midlife women rebuild their nervous system capacity so they can actually live the life they’ve worked so hard for! I know from experience, you can’t shift or rediscover anything when your system still thinks you’re under threat.
