@Naturopathic coach Kelli thank you! Yes, I have went through some of the modules late last night...when I should have been trying to sleep, but I have insomnia pretty bad some nights. Protein has helped with that though and I'm really trying to stick with a set morning and night routine now, which also helps. I just need to keep my protein intake up. My stomach has been hurting since last May and I've seen 6 people since August to help with this, but still not getting good answers, so now I'm following a couple of people on Skool and everyone says protein is the way to go! I'm just desperate to get the stomach pain to stop.

@Naturopathic coach Kelli this sounds awesome! I'm really concentrated on high protein right now, as I have huge gut issues and cortisol issues. It has made me feel a bit better adding more protein to my diet, but I still have a way to go yet!
Weird and cool trick to try!
A tiny pinch of Himalayan or Celtic sea salt in something sweet like hot chocolate, chai, turmeric latte or desserts can completely change the flavour. It doesn’t make it salty, it actually brings out the sweetness so you often need less sugar and feel more satisfied.

@Naturopathic coach Kelli Okay, thank you! I was thinking there is a Barbara O'Neil, not sure if I spelled that right, that promotes a certain kind that people seem to love. I'll have to see if I can find it.

@Naturopathic coach Kelli I just looked at that salt I said Barbara O'Neil recommends and someone said it contains arsenic. I swear, we can't win when trying to find good food with no junk in it!
