No “new year new you.” That ish is tired. I want to be real with you. I’m running one structured fitness container starting January 6 — not because I love selling workouts (I don’t 😅), but because structure keeps momentum alive while I build what’s next. We made it to 20 members in the club!! Mile stone! Thank you all. You are founding members! This club is going to be huge and full of all our friends! We are a movement! I'm learning so much and can help us all rock! Today's tip: Since you are so awesome! Breakfast should have 30g protein for sure. Start every meal eating some protein. 5-6 bites before you dig into the rest of your food. I am drinking about 1/3 of a bottle of protein drink. Then eating my meal. This will help us stabilize our blood sugar! Tell your friends so we can keep growing!

Yes!!!!!! Let’s talk. I had perimenopause for a LONG time and didn’t know or understand. Talking about it would have helped my marriage and relationship with my kids, as well as helping me realize I wasn’t crazy.
