He’s the real deal. Pat changed my workout attitude for the better. He’s got so much knowledge and gives you all sorts of tips to tailor to your workout needs. I’ve gotten stronger, more toned in just a short time doing the program. Im also mentally stronger reading all his advice he sends out to us regularly. It’s real life shit and he’s the trenches with us. He walks the walk. 5/5 stars isn’t enough. I would recommend anyone to Pat and Bellplex community. I’m a Bellplexer for life!
