donkilam

The teachings of Don Kilam is second to none. Recommended fact is, absorb as much information as possible before putting any of his teachings into play. You need to understand this stuff. Its not a turn-key type of information. You will understand the true nature and history of how the " system " operates. If you feel truly stuck in class because of information overload, that's when a consultation is recommended. Furthermore, DO NOT ask questions during the flow of his teachings and curriculum.
