The most important thing for companies to start developing their culture and to attract the right talent is to create talent magnets.: - A clear and impactful vision, - Honest and articulated values of how the company works on the inside, - And as much information about expectations as soon in the hiring process as possible All of this contributes significantly to the right talent leads becoming the right talent fit ☺️
