Recommendations for flexible top coat
I currently use glass topcoat on my press on but im finding it has no flexibility and will chip quite easily. As much as it gives a great gloss finish I think I need to find a more flexible topcoat. Does anyone have any recommendations? Preferably in Aus

I love the brand, I use a lot of it and have all their gel polishes, this glass top coat is amazing apart from just not press on friendly. Ill check out planet nails Ty
Rule Revision! 📖
Hi everyone! Happy Monday 🥳 When I first started this community, I had made the decision for it to be a "promo" free space, and as such, I created the blanket rule of not mentioning specific brands. My thinking behind this was that the free groups we can access online quickly turn into spaces filled with bots and members getting annoyed by being spammed with "discount codes" and affiliate links when looking for honest feedback about products. I also didn't want product shaming and defensiveness to happen, and for the main focus to be on technique, skills, and advice - regardless of labels and "brand names" I wanted this to be a space where we could escape that, so I even asked educators not to mention the brands they use in classes, just so we can avoid opening that backdoor. HOWEVER! I do understand that using the right products is such a vital part of the success of our careers and businesses. And as time goes on, more and more research and testing is being done, and there definitely are products out there that nail techs should not be using in a professional setting (or even beginners on themselves, to be honest). I've had thoughts about creating a brand "blacklist" to help steer beginners away from the dangerous stuff as early as possible, but this could turn into quite a heated topic if we're not mindful. So, I'm not sure about how to approach it yet. But I would like us to open up a discussion about this and to get your feedback on how you want to approach the topic of "product suggestions". Do you agree with my thinking process? Do you think we should be doing things differently, and should we be speaking more openly about the brands being used, and why? Do you have a completely different idea? There are no wrong answers here; I genuinely want to hear your thoughts and expectations for this community. At the end of the day, it isn't my community; it's OUR community as an entire industry 🫶

Maybe one of the rules could be youre not allowed to advertise links or products until you've been in the group a certain amount of time?
Press ons with top coat.
Of the techs in here that do press ons, have you ever found that when putting on a glass top coat it kinda shrinks the nails and makes them less flexible causing them to be harder to use with the sticky tabs? I hope this makes sense
Snow glob nails
This one definitely takes a bit more time but it’s so cute in the end. I forgot to put oil in before my glitter so it got stuck to the outside but you get the idea. You can also use this for Christmas decorations as well just do the hole on top and cover it with gems. You will need : No wipe 3D art gel A silicone dripper end A small syringe Clear cuticle oil Fine glitter 3D sculpting gel
