What promises are you keeping to yourself this week?
Doing what you say you’re going to do builds self trust 🫶🏼 I’d love to hear what goals you set for yourself and how you’re making them happen!! For me it’s looking like working out at 8:00pm today 😅🤍

I had gotten out of the habit of meditating. Keeping the promise to meditate every morning since the beginning of the year! I find doing it first thing after I wake up ensures that it happens and it helps set the rest of my day up for success.

@Brie Armignacco I typically sit for 15-20 minutes. I worked my way up to being able to sit for that long. I’d definitely recommend starting with short durations at first. If it’s not something you do often sitting for long periods can be really hard and feel discouraging
Day 79 🌟
Happy Monday! What energy are you bringing into this week? What’s one thought or thing you can ground into this week to anchor yourself no matter what the week brings?

I've been in a little funk the past couple days. Really anchoring into moving my body, getting outside for my daily walk and enjoying my morning routine.

Anyone else ever heard the concept “no 0 days”?
I watched a reel today that was talking about the “no 0 day” concept and it really resonated with me. She referenced how when we’re ’locked in’ and doing all the self care/health things like exercise, meal tracking, supplements, water, journaling, etc just all the good habits we strive for and we’re doing everything all perfect to a T - we’re riding high. Then we hit a bump in the road and we want to throw it all out the window and self abandon and say never mind I can’t do any of this! She called that a 0 day when we run away from ourselves and do 0 of our healthy habits because we’re upset we’re not doing all of them, all perfectly. She said she strives to never ever have a 0 day. Every single day there’s at least ONE or a couple self care habit that we can do for ourselves, no matter small or how it looks. We don’t have to get everything perfect all the time. Anyways I really loved how she explained it and it really helped me today. I was having such low energy and a hard time with my kids today but I picked myself up and let it be okay to just do one or two self care things no matter how they looked. What do you think about this concept? I’d love to hear what your go to habit or habits are to stick to when you feel like having a “0 day”!
