Hi, I'm Jess - Sorry for delay in getting on I Keep opening and getting distracted! I live in Sheffield but from Liverpool which I miss dearly but love my job here working as a children's nurse. I've joined the reset as I just feel so tired all the time, mentally and physically and I don't think I'm giving my family the best version of myself because I'm so tired after work - I think I need to rebalance!
