🫘 Yesterday's cooking class was SO good
We cooked together live and the main ingredient was black beans. And both recipes were so unique AND delicious. In the class I talked about how I didn't grow up eating black beans regularly, so I still sometimes struggle with adding them into my diet. I have to be more intentional about it. Black beans are an amazing addition to a plant-based diet. They are packed with protein and fiber, they help keep you full, support steady energy, and great for your gut. We made a black bean dip and black bean energy bites and both were a hit. And just a little reminder: live cooking classes are a VIP perk! If you've been thinking about upgrading, this is the kind of thing waiting for you on the other side. Replay can be found HERE. What's your favorite way to use black beans? Tell me below!

Your body was built for this and we don't talk about it enough
It's International Women's Day and I just want to take a moment to talk about how genuinely amazing the female body is, because I don't think we hear this enough. Did you know that women actually have stronger muscle endurance than men? Research shows we can sustain exercise up to 75% longer. Estrogen makes our muscles more resistant to fatigue, which means we are literally wired for endurance. Our immune systems are also stronger. Estrogen helps our bodies fight infection more effectively, so resilience is not just a mindset or a personality trait we have to work for. It is built into our biology. And yet we spend so much time thinking something is wrong with us. Too tired, not doing enough, wondering why we can't just get it together. Here's the thing. Your body's NOT failing you. It's carrying you every single day, and it was built to endure, to adapt, and to keep going. The least we can do is start treating it that way and giving it what it actually needs. 🫶🏼 Now I want to hear from you! Drop the name of a woman in your life who inspires you in the comments. A mom, a friend, a sister, a mentor. Someone who just keeps showing up no matter what. Let's celebrate them today. I'll go first in the comments 💪🏽❤️

Wow great post!!!
Tell me you're vegan, without saying it..
I'll go first: This morning I made green protein smoothies, washed 2 lbs of berries, and marinated 3 lbs of tofu with lots of nooch 😅 👉 Your turn. What’s your “tell me you’re plant-based without telling me” moment?

Let’s talk about protein for a second
I want to talk about protein for a second, because this is one of the most common things I see people getting stuck on. A lot of people want to eat more plant based, but then they immediately worry they are not getting enough protein. And honestly, that makes sense. There is so much noise out there. One person says you need way more protein, another says plants are not enough, and suddenly every meal feels like something you need to overthink. Most people are not actually failing at protein. They are just overwhelmed by information and second guessing themselves. This is exactly why, inside PPKC, I created a plant based protein cheat sheet. It is meant to make things simpler, not more complicated. It gives you clear options and ideas so you are not staring at your plate wondering if you did it “right.” And today, I’m also releasing a 5 day high protein meal plan for my premium members. This is just to show you what this can look like in real life, with simple meals you can actually make. These are the kinds of resources I focus on creating here because I know how confusing this can feel, and I know how loud the internet can be about food. My goal is always to filter out the noise and make things easier for you. If protein has been something you’ve been overthinking, start with the cheat sheet here: 👉 Plant-Powered Protein Cheat Sheet And if you’re in the Premium tier, you’ll see the 5 day meal plan waiting for you today too 💚 Let me know in the comments if protein has been something you’ve struggled with or overthought. You’re definitely not alone.
