Chase Sapphire Preferred 100,000-point bonus returns
• Bonus: Earn 100,000 bonus points after spending $5,000 in the first 3 months. • Value: Points are worth about $1,000–$1,500 when redeemed through Chase Travel, or potentially $2,050+ when transferred to airline and hotel partners. • Annual Fee: Still just $95. What's New? Hyatt Transfer Changes • New cardholders will transfer points to World of Hyatt at a 4:3 ratio instead of the previous 1:1 ratio. • All other transfer partners remain 1:1. More Ways to Earn • Earn 3x points on: - Gas - EV charging - Vacation home rentals • Existing bonus categories like dining and online groceries remain. New Travel Perks • $100 annual hotel credit through Chase Travel. • Up to $120 reimbursement for Global Entry, TSA PreCheck, or NEXUS every 4 years. Easier Bonus Eligibility • You can now qualify for a Sapphire welcome bonus even if you currently have the Sapphire Reserve, as long as you haven't earned a bonus on the specific Sapphire card you're applying for in the last 48 months. Approval Tips • Recommended credit score: 720+ gives you the best odds, though many applicants with scores around 700 are approved with a strong credit profile. • Credit history: You'll generally want at least 12 months of credit history before applying. Ramp Card Approved — $22,000 Limit in 3 Hours
Strong datapoint for anyone building US business credit. I applied for the Ramp card and got approved for a $22,000 credit limit in around 3 hours. The process was much easier than I expected: No VPN. No document upload. No complicated forms. No long review. No back-and-forth. Just a simple application, and approval came through the same day. One interesting point: Ramp approved me for exactly the amount I requested. I asked for $22,000, and that is what they gave me. Looking back, I probably should have asked for more. Small regret there 🙂 And on top of the approval, they are also giving a $1,000 bonus gift. My takeaway: if your business profile and banking activity are solid, don’t be too conservative with the limit you request.

Congrats. How old is your LLC?
Chase Business Card Arrived - $10K Limit
Chase Sapphire Reserve Business card arrived today. Added it to Apple Pay right away, no issues. Applied as sole proprietor with ITIN only - no EIN, no LLC, no prior Chase relationship. Application went to 7-10 day review. Called reconsideration. The key thing that worked: I asked if they could send the document upload request by email instead of waiting for a letter in the mail. They did. Uploaded my passport, proof of address, and ITIN copy. Approved instantly on the call for $10,000. If you're stuck in review with Chase and they tell you to wait for a letter, it's worth asking for the email upload link instead. That one question probably saved me two weeks.

Bank of America account approved with ITIN 🎉
I tried opening Bank of America before and it didn't work. Couldn't verify me online, they asked me to go to a branch with 2 forms of ID. This time I try again. And it worked. What I did: I opened Advantage Plus Banking and Advantage Savings. During the application, I selected U.S. resident alien even though that's not technically my status. The account opened instantly - well, it went into review first, and after about 1 hour I got the approval email. No identity verification was asked this time. I also applied through the USD 500 cash bonus offer. The only thing I changed this time: I applied from my desktop using the Classroom setup with the USD 1 data proxy.

Does Bank of America banking app let you check credit score with ITIN?
Chase Sapphire Reserve Business approved with ITIN only
I applied for the Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business last week as a sole proprietor using only my ITIN. No EIN, no LLC, and no current relationship with Chase. When I applied, it went to 7 to 10 business days review. On Monday I called back, and yesterday I called again and was told to wait for a letter. I asked if there was any way to upload requested documents online instead, and later Chase sent me the request by email. Today I uploaded my passport, proof of address, and copy of ITIN right away. After that I called again, and it was approved instantly on the call for USD 10,000. @Ain - Cloud Resident assisted me throughout the process, which made it easier to keep moving when Chase kept saying to wait for letter. For background, I was also approved for Apple Card last month with a USD 3,000 limit, so this was a really good next step for me. If anyone is in review with Chase and gets told to wait for a letter, it may be worth asking if they can send the document upload request by email instead.
