Are You Due For a Rest and a Reset?
Burnout doesn’t usually come from doing too much, it's from doing too much without giving yourself permission to rest. Do you believe you need to earn your exhale? Or believe you need to say yes so often it starts to feel like everything is your responsibility? Rest doesn't have to be seen as a reward. If you want clarity and wellness, it’s kind of a requirement. And people-pleasing was never a requirement for belonging. Nope, and you don't need anyone else to tell you that you belong. If this hits in any way, then that’s your awareness calling for healthy change. You don’t need to collapse to justify a pause. Been there. Done that. Sucks big time, and I highly do not recommend it 😮‍💨 🖤 You get to choose to stop before your system crashes. Where can you decommit, delegate, or rest more?

Self forgiveness and self love…
On today’s amazing Clarity Call we talked about letting go of past regrets, shame, and guilt with SO much self forgiveness and self love. There’s a tendency to be so hard on ourselves and feel like forgiveness can mean we’re not sorry for past mistakes, or even that it may leave the door open to do the same again. We get to “correct and continue”… learn from the past and move forward. Just like forgiving anyone else, it doesn’t mean we condone what happened, but it also isn’t a reflection of WHO we are, it was a behaviour choice we get to grow from… there’s no benefit to repeat-self-punish for it. Your liberation is in moving forward, loving yourself so hard, and LIVING your best life. Which is also the best gift we can give others we love… being the example of self forgiveness is like permission to not hold into the worst and focus on the best. Imagine a life where you are fully free from guilt, regret, and shame and nothing bad happens because of it. You can have that today if you choose it. Where can you madly and completely love and forgive yourself right now? 🌸

@Jenifer Merifield I do! I freeze it for smoothies, add to soups and sometimes dehydrate into wraps. My dogs also enjoy it lol

How to Change Your Mind 🍄 📖
What if the key to understanding consciousness, treating depression, and confronting your own morality and mortality, could be found... in a mushroom? This decode by Michael Pollan is a well researched, experientially backed book (controversial for some) about the new science of how psychedelics can teach us about these deep consciousness topics. Not without its misunderstandings, as always, I share some perspective and insight on how best to integrate these teachings. What are your thoughts about psychedelics as a growth/healing tool?

@Jenifer Merifield yes you can!! I also break it up and season with Kala Namak (black salt), garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and tumeric to mimic scrambled eggs since I am vegan. We bought a kit on a whim and grew them out of the box. It was very rewarding 😄

Who wants a breakthrough? 🤯😃
Big ones are happening in the Live Clarity calls and I want to make the timing more available for everyone! Please watch the video for details and let me know your feedback as well as which of these following times work best for you (hmm, it doesn’t have an option to choose multiple so if more apply please say so in the comments) 🫶 Any preference of weekdays vs weekends?

9 am PST is the best for me. As far as day my days off are crazy BUT I do have Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays off. I could make 3pm PST work just about any day. I'm usually off work no later than 130pm
