Here is a little about me and where I am at currently in AHAC: 🪷 I’m the Founder and Director of Allied Health Admin & Consulting (AHAC), where we support allied health and NDIS providers with administration, systems and compliance. 🪷 Right now, I’m working on strengthening our internal systems and automation, particularly around client onboarding, advisory services and CRM integration, while still maintaining that human touch we’re known for. 🪷 Where I feel a little stuck is in finding the right balance between automation and personalisation. I want efficiency, but not at the cost of connection or quality. 🪷 The support I need most is around scaling sustainably; refining systems, making confident tech decisions, and ensuring what we build now will support future growth. 🪷 Inside the membership, I’d love resources around automation (without over-automation), client journey mapping, service packaging, and scaling service-based businesses without losing control or quality. 🪷 As for experts, I’d love to hear from people who specialise in CRM strategy, automation for service-based businesses, and also those who understand the compliance side of allied health or NDIS operations. ** Disclaimer: we are in a current GHL build so some of these are in the works but there is always ways that we can enhance and adapt
