Hi there! I'm Jenn. I'm turning 45 on the 23rd and am really happy to have found this group. I'm new to Skool, and this is the second group I have joined. I am hoping to make more time for myself this year, and this seems like a great place to start! I love that the group is small right now because I feel our connections will be deeper. I have practiced yoga, mindfulness, and meditation in the past, but fell out of it a few years ago. I had open-heart surgery at the end of 2024 and am ready to start again. I have motivation problems, so I hope that this group helps hold me accountable.

@Jackie Moloney i have done a couple of Kundalini classes but never knew all of that!! I’ll definitely look more into it before I have surgery on the 26th to remove the wires. Maybe it will help recovery from that!!

Happy Mother’s Day to you AMAZING moms!
I hope your weekend is being spent the way you wish. Motherhood can be a lot of experiences rolled into one. (Go ahead, start listing them out 🤣) And we can all have very different relationships with our own moms. I think this holiday can spark a lot of feels. My hope is that you have an intention for your Mother’s Day that gives you what you need, and that we all find ways to maximize the joy can be had on this day. May we embrace gratitude for all the lessons learned by the moms and mother-figures in our lives, and may we feel grateful for the opportunity to be a mom or mother-figure (if we so choose) to the next generation. Sending you all much love today! 💕

Monthly Reflection & Intention Setting is in the books!
Hey gang! Last month we did our quarterly Align & Achieve Workshop where we got still to look back on what we actually did in Q1 and decide with intention what we want out of Q2. Well, what better way to stay in tune with our intentions (or adjust them if necessary) than a monthly check-in! So, next week on Monday we’ll enjoy a combined reflection and review of our Q2 intentions to we can look back and see how April went and check on the progress we’re making in those intentions. Join me live or catch the replay. BUT HERE IS THE CATCH 👀 This workshop is open to all members on LEVEL 2 or higher 👆! And the great news is it didn’t take all that much to get to level 2 so you have plenty of time! How do you get there? Simply leave some comments on any posts!
