Your are working though the hardest part- "the mental game". I'm new to the microgreens business world however I was in sales for a cleaning company for a few years. Apart of my job was to visit office managers, explain what we offered and how it would help them. I promise you the hardest part was the walk from my car to their office door. You know the benefits/qualities of your microgreens and what they will provide to that restaurant. Give the chief sometime, and reach back out to them to see "why" they have declined your greens. Knowing their reason "why" will help your plan for your future sale. Their "No" could actually mean not right. Suggestion: (You probably are already doing this) make a spreadsheet to track: restaurant's location you visit, the chef you spoke with, notes of things disgussed, reasons why they said "No-not right now" and (depending on what was said) a follow up date/time. The follow up can be a simple email. Henrietta, You got this!
