I’ve been on my pep journey since beginning of June. Started with Reta, then added in GhkCU, SS-31, 5am, Gluta, selank, ATX & TA-1 all with a couple weeks in between each. If you have been in Ash’s lives you have probably heard me share that I am prone to headaches, would get migraines multiple times a month and since starting peps I haven’t had one. This is amazing in itself. However yesterday I noticed something. While at my parent I smelt something I hadn’t smelt in a while. Let me preface by saying that I lost my smell when I had Covid back in ‘22 and it never fully came back. In fact the smells of things changed and most things smelt aweful! Well here I am at my parents smelling guava! I tripped out. Then went out in their backyard and realized I could smell the gardenias. I was amazed!! Not even sure which pep helped me recover my smell but I love that doing peps has helped me with so much more than just my weight loss and glowy skin. Just had to share. I’d love to know what other people have noticed since starting their pep journey too. AND let me know which pep you think helped me get my smell back if you had to guess. Xxoo

I prefer hands on. I know we can go on apps nowadays. Idk it Im just old but I prefer it physically in front of me. Hope this helps someone else 🫶🏻 Also post anything else to add. I am a newbie! My first treatment I will try is micro needling the beginning of oct. So any tips for that or any of the other ones would be greatly appreciated!
