Those wondering if GhkCu does anything… you can literally see the change in my nail as it’s growing out! I’ve had thin brittle nails all my life. Excited for this change!

End of the month and on to the next
What did you accomplish the month of September? What did you research? What are your goals for October? What will you research in October or hope to! September for me was to absorb so much knowledge. Im a newbie to peppers and DIY. So I started slow with some peppers and using render. Creating that habit. October I will do my first micro needling. Continue skin routine and go to the gym more.

LOVE this!!! September sure came and went so quickly! I helped a couple friends set up for their pep journey. Got a walking pad cause the hot weather wasn’t gonna stop me from getting my step. I feel accomplished. Next month I plan to get in a Microneedling session and continue my weight loss journey with more regular workouts and just keeping doing what I am doing. 24 pounds lost so far hoping for 30 by the end of October 🫶🏼

Gummy Smile Tox Update
It’s been two weeks since I did my tox retouch. I did four units on each side of my nose to help with gummy smile. It worked great! I also did my bunny lines because when I really cheese, I do bunny lines and show gums. Not anymore though! First photo is before any DIY, second photo is 2 months after my first tox session, and third is my second session. I’m literally trying to scrunch my face and I’m frozen.
