What prevents you from regulating first during a conflict?
Hi friend, I'm working on something special for you. Can you help me by voting in this poll, so I know what tools to add in it?

It’s a combination depending upon situation. Sometimes I would react to a situation quickly and things spiral. I am also sick and tired of being required to be the adult in the room without reciprocity.

Whose idea was THIS??
Guys and gals, We just adopted an 8 week old puppy - meet Cocoa. Wait...whose d*mbass idea was it again to be picking up poop at my age?? 💩👵 Luckily, he is super cute. 😍 Any other pet parents? Share a pic (Cocoa wants to make some friends) 👇

Cats and dogs! Ash and Luna are the canines. Magic and Betsey the felines. We have a zoo. 🥰

@Dr. Kavetha Sun, M.D. you adjust. It is a team sport caring for pets. Great responsibility primer for your daughter. I had cats only until after I had children… then I figured that I was “tied down” anyway so it was ok to get a dog now. 😁
