@Christine Swartz I totally get it! I used to only drink diet soda… until I started reading the studies and diving into the science. Even without sugar, the artificial sweeteners can mess with gut health and blood sugar signals and are linked to increased cravings and insulin issues over time. I’m not saying never have one, but it’s definitely not the “healthy” swap we were all told it was. :)
