Bio: I am 49 years old. I live outside of D.C. in the Northern Virginia area. I have one child. I had a total hysterectomy 2/27/26.

March 26 started pre-habilitation on pelvic floor. May 29th open abdominal hysterectomy. July 20, 7.5 weeks post op and DAY ONE post OP pelic PT.
