Believe It Or Not....
....you ARE in charge of your reality! Not every attitude deserves your energy. When someone comes at you being snarky or negativity, pause. Just pause. Notice the impulse to react… and choose differently. You can pivot in an instant by shifting your focus to what matters: your peace, your path, your power. Their mood is not your responsibility. Your vibration is.

100% easier said than done but I was able to put this into practice today. Some lady decided to yell at me for where I parked (even though I parked legitimately - she wanted my spot and thought she was entitled to it even though she came 5 mins after I had already been there!). She was rude and irritating. I just tuned her out and continued on with my activities. She eventually gave up and moved on. BUT, I felt it stay with me in the store. I felt, OMG, was I in the wrong, should I have moved, should I have reacted differently and then I kindly said, NO EGO! I was not wrong. It's a reflection of something she's going through and has nothing to do with me. But it sure is hard to 'brush' off.
Question
When did you last feel your inner power rise up? What triggered it?

Yesterday. I was triggered by a person at work. What triggered me is the disrespect that came my way in our interaction. But I was so proud of myself. I felt anger and emotions coming to the service but I quickly pivoted, breathed and handled the situation like a pro. No emotions, just calmness. It was awesome. I felt great afterwards despite the content of the meeting, I felt really good after. Strange but I'll take it.

@Ara Parisien Thanks Coach!
Fear
I heard that FEAR is the trying to keep us safe and ensure our survival but doesn't give a 'fluff' about our success. As I understand it, Fear evolved to keep us alive. Our nervous system is wired to detect threats, not to assess long-term dreams, creative ambitions, or personal growth. So fear’s job is “keep the body alive right now,” not “help you build a successful creative life.” That means: - It reacts to uncertainty as if it’s danger - It prefers routine and predictability - It urges you to avoid failure, embarrassment, and risk - It interprets emotional discomfort as physical threat Fear doesn’t care about your success. It cares about your survival. However, I'm learning Fear isn’t an enemy. It’s just an outdated protector. My job isn’t to kill it — it’s to update it. A healthier relationship that I'm working towards with Ara and Amber's coaching is: - Thank it (“I see you’re trying to protect me”) - Name it (fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of expansion, etc.) - Lead it (“This isn’t danger; this is growth”) What do you think? Agree? Disagree?
Overcoming a 'Perceived Fear'
I had an amazing experience today. My cat alerted me that something was under the stove. I've been having a bit of a mouse issue with my apartment despite everything pest control has tried. So I decided to try something else. I got really quiet and listened and then I heard it. Squeaking. What does that typical mean? A mouse? or rat? right? At first I thought no no no, I can't do this. After about 30 mins of working up the courage to do it, I pulled my stove out and found the mouse stuck to a horrid glue trap that I didn't even know was there! Poor thing squeaked. But I was determined to save a life and see if I could help despite my 'perceived fear'. I was like, Jennifer, why are you afraid of this tiny thing. Its the one that is hurt and needs help. So I said, not today fear. Not today. I got some olive oil (it's all I had on hand) and a q-tip and helped the little guy off the glue trap. Took about 15 mins of us both working in collaboration. I talked to him as I went and he seemed to calm down and understand I was working with him and not against him. It was an amazing feeling that this little guy with such fear himself was willing to trust me to help him. I managed to free him and ensure everything was working (hands and feet were a bit red but still working). He sat in the corner, cleaning himself and calming looking at me. I watched him for a bit to make sure he could walk around the box and then decided to give this deer mouse a ride to a local park and set him on a path to a new free life. It was incredible as he looked back at me to say thanks human for your help and then off he went. INCREDIBLE. I know it's something small and may seem insignificant to most, but for me and that deer mouse, it was a connection I'll never forget. And that was me acknowledging my fear and saying, you know what, I'm going to do it anyways. Now I have the evidence I need that I can do things that I perceive to fear. And YOU CAN TO!

WINNING AT LIFE- sharing my recent experience
I woke up agitated the other morning. With non productive thoughts running through…I noticed them, became fully aware that I was repeating the same story over and over and said quietly to myself-I AM only allowing joyful thoughts today. I AM only focusing on the joy each person I interact with or think about brings me. All day I felt lighter and would repeat these two mantras whenever I thought to. I had such an amazing day. It was effortless and filled with gratitude for the smallest of things. It was also my 21st wedding Anniversary and we went out for dinner and to the casino for some entertainment. We were only there for about 10 minutes both put a $50 in a penny machine and within that short time I was even more excited as I had just hit on a major jackpot! I have never won like that before and it was VERY exciting! We laughed and laughed and were both in shock at how quickly I had won! I believe by the awareness I had to shift my energy and holding those mantras I created this experience. I refused to see anything in a negative light and focused only on joyful thoughts, pivoted when necessary and carried on in this frequency all day! Sharing with all of you to remind and inspire you to do the same. Not for the money…haha…for the feeling of being able to sustain a higher vibration and knowing you are in charge of your focus. Because it feels sooooo good to have the awareness to shift when necessary, we can create a new mindset in each moment, what a wonderful thing it is to know it’s all up to us. New mantra -I AM winning at life!!! 💗

I LOVE that MANTRA. IAM Winning at Life! Awesome! My awareness has increased two fold as well lately. And the mantra IAM certain everything will work out for me today has helped as well. It's a constant reminder to always always be mindful of your vibe! Way to go Amber and thanks for sharing your story! That's awesome.
