Friends, at my affiliate we’ve just started having monthly (virtual) meetings. These have been mainly owner-led regarding housekeeping items, new clients, etc. I’m going to ask their permission to have a coaching segment. Something short but effective to get coaches to continue to improve their practice. We have some newer coaches and sadly, they have not had much direction. If I’m given the go ahead. How should I approach this portion of the meeting? I want to keep it short, engaging and but meaningful that can be applied right away. What would you do? Thanks
