@Rhett Haars You will need to contact the records custodian with Express Jet bankruptcy trustee. The parent company or.successor entities if it still exists would have had the records transferred to them. If you’re still unable to retrieve the records under 14 CFR §111.320, the FAA has other options.

Once a company like American, United or SWA determines they are unable to obtain the records because the former employer is out of business they have options under 14 CFR 111.320.
