midlifebadassery

I absolutely love Midlife Badassery and the MeFirst Planner! I’m a self-help junkie and planner addict, and I’ve never actually finished a planner—until this one! With the planner, coaching, and community, I’ve broken my Reese’s obsession, started moving my body, and stopped fearing I’ll regain the 90 pounds I’ve lost. Addie has taught me I can “fail,” get back up, and keep going without perfection. This is the group I’ve always needed! ❤️
