Have been curious about Tai Chi for a while. Recently had total knee replacements on both knees & subsequently advised to participate in low impact activities so here I am. 2 sessions later I am intrigued by both the subtleness & complexity of the moves. I have to admit it easily confuses my head and probably need to learn not to overthink the moves!! Soo I will persevere with this 🙂
