Saturday Check in 😀
“A river cuts through rock, not because of its power, but because of its persistence.” — James N. Watkins Happy Saturday! 🌞 Weekends have a funny way of pulling us in a dozen different directions. Plans change. Life happens. Schedules get messy. The good news? You don't have to be perfect to stay on track. If all you can find today is 11 minutes, take them. If you missed yesterday, start again today. If you're feeling unmotivated, show up anyway. Small, consistent actions have a way of becoming extraordinary over time. 💬 Check in below with just one word: How are you feeling today?

Friendly Friday 😄
The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up.” — Mark Twain Let’s make today ridiculously easy. 😊 Imagine we all grabbed coffee together this morning. ☕ What’s one thing you’d tell the group? It could be: - 🎉 A small win you’re celebrating - 😂 Something that made you laugh this week - 💡 A tip that’s helping you - 🐶 A pet story or photo - 🍷 What you’re looking forward to this weekend - 🌈 Or just say hello! - The magic of a community isn’t that we’re all the same—it’s that we get to encourage each other through the ordinary moments. I’ll start: I’m grateful for everyone who keeps showing up here and makes this little corner of the internet a positive place to land. 🌈 Your turn! 👇

I’m having a great Friday, exploring Hot Springs, AR. I’ve never been here before, and I’m currently winding down with a fun cocktail on a rooftop bar, overlooking the city.
Wacky Wednesday
The future depends on what you do today." — Mahatma Gandhi If you could travel back and give yourself ONE piece of advice from five years ago, what would it be? Would it be: 💥 Worry less 💥 Start sooner 💥 Buy the thing 💥 Take the trip 💥 Trust yourself 💥 Stop listening to criticism (even your own) 💥 Something else? The fun part is this: the advice you'd give your past self might be exactly what your current self needs to hear today. Drop your answer below. 👇

Worry less about what might happen, and trust yourself!
🎉 Fabulous Friday 🎉
"Little by little, a little becomes a lot." — Tanzanian Proverb Can we take a moment to celebrate something? If you've participated in the challenge this week and completed just 11 minutes a day, you've already given yourself nearly an extra hour of intentional time. ⏰ 11 minutes × 5 days = 55 minutes 55 minutes of: ✨ reflection ✨ creativity ✨ mindfulness ✨ personal growth ✨ simply showing up for yourself And here's the exciting part... This is only Week One. We live in a world that loves dramatic transformations, but most lasting change happens much differently. It happens through small choices repeated consistently over time. 🧠 Science Corner:Research on habit formation shows that consistency matters more than intensity. Small actions repeated regularly are far more likely to become lasting habits than big bursts of effort that quickly fade away. 🌱 This week's victory isn't perfection. It's showing up. It's proving to yourself that you can make a little space in your day for what matters. 💬 Friday Check-In:What has been your favorite part of the challenge so far? Or what have you noticed about yourself after just one week? Let's celebrate the wins—big, small, and everything in between. 🎉

Carving out time each evening after work to clear my head has been relaxing. A couple days I’ve gone for walks. A few days I’ve simply sat quietly on our back porch looking at the lake. While I definitely have a hard time silencing all the thoughts in my head, it’s definitely been valuable to prioritize that time. Not a habit quite yet, but I’ll get there. 🧘‍♀️
🌻 Wacky Wednesday: Water the Flowers, Not the Weeds☀️
"If you look for what's good, you'll find something good." — Walt Disney Imagine two gardens. One is filled with worries, frustrations, and all the things that aren't going right. The other is filled with possibilities, solutions, gratitude, and the small steps that move you forward. Here's the interesting part: Both gardens grow! Whatever we water tends to get bigger. That doesn't mean we ignore challenges or pretend everything is perfect. It simply means that after we identify a problem, our energy is often best spent looking for solutions rather than repeatedly replaying the problem. 🧠 A Little Science Your brain's Reticular Activating System (RAS) acts like a filter. When you focus on something, your brain becomes more likely to notice related information and opportunities. It's one reason why focusing on solutions can help us spot possibilities that we might otherwise miss. ✅ Today's Challenge Take a moment and ask yourself: What's one thing going right in your life right now? And... What's one small step you can take toward a solution instead of focusing on the problem? Drop your answer below. Let's spend today watering the garden we want to grow. 🌱 #WackyWednesday #4Cubed #FocusOnWhatMatters #SolutionMindset #44DayChallenge

A literal small step to help my garden grow: get back to walking a couple miles each day to clear my head and feel healthier!
