I wish more people would treat traffic like it's their main job for having a community... if you build, they will not come unless you talk about it. The best way I have found is making yourself take opportunities where you can talk about what you're doing. Talk about it enough so you know how to communicate what you're doing better. Love that the Ads challenge exists, because ads are not like what they used to be. They don't have to be scary and they can actually help you.
