Help needed - Looking to find problems to solve in my niche
Hi, my name is Julius and I've recently started to map out the problems in my niche. I'm helping gaming addicts cut down, or even quit, gaming since I used to game 16 hours a day for years neglecting my health (physical and mental), and not reading any books at all (I somehow finished high school without reading a single book😂), I was only thinking about gaming and my life was in total shambles. That's the short version... ... ... It took me ten years to get rid of gaming entirely out of my life so I could focus on real-life achievements instead of virtual achievements, and I've found the joy of living life as it was meant to be: without overstimulating my brain with artificial achievements and dopamine. And that's what I want to help other gaming addicts get over - to feel like they mean something in this life, to build meaningful social connections, and to make them believe that they can truly achieve their ambitious dreams in real life (instead of virtually). So, in short, if you have children who are addicted to gaming or you are severely addicted to gaming, what's the biggest problem(s) in getting you/them to cut back on gaming or quit it entirely? Mine was escapism from my real-life problems, and it was a coping mechanism to "feel relaxed" although it just made me angrier than ever playing competitive games😂 Thank you for your answer in advance!💎
