Thank you Curtis!
Hey everyone. I’m going in for heart surgery soon, and I’ll be honest, I’m feeling all the feels right now. Nervous, emotional, the whole mix. But one thing keeping me grounded is knowing I’ve got Curtis just a message away if I need anything at all. That reassurance and gratefulness is honestly just hard to put into words. So I want to do something with all this gratitude I’m feeling. Here’s my ask: can we flood this thread with the things Curtis has helped us with or taught us since we joined this group? Big wins, small lightbulb moments, that one piece of advice that stuck. Drop it below. I want Curtis to scroll through this and see, in black and white, just how much of a difference he’s made for every single one of us. He shows up for us constantly, and I think it’s time we show up for him. I’ll drop mine in the comments!

Curtis has given me so much hope when struggling and I am grateful for that. He had helped me regain my energy when I felt it was impossible, the amount my life had improved since working with him is incredible. He’s helped me understand why my symptoms are and had been spot on with that he thought before we even tested. I appreciate this journey and his effort he gives every single person he works with he goes above and beyond. I hope your surgery goes smoothly 🙏
Drop your questions here for Tomorrow's Q&A!
Hey everyone, If you can't make the Q&A tomorrow, go ahead and drop your questions in the comments below. I'll do my best to cover them live on the call, and anything I don't get to, I'll follow up on afterward, either by replying here on the thread or recording a quick Loom video.

Nervous system regulation- client on adderal and doctors trying to tell her to up her dose for her anxiety and if it doesn’t work that she is depressed and needs antidepressants. And telling her to take birth control for her PMDD. I am trying to convince her other ways- she’s in her early 20s and diagnosed autism- other than meditation breathing she told me she has tried saffron and 5HTP with no benefits . What would you suggest ? I mentioned selank to get her started and L theanine now lol
