10K Week 3 Homework

Right, posting my homework: First week was off to a bumpy start trying to fit everything in but I got there in the end! I'm finding the heat pretty hard to run in since I'm not an early bird but I think making sure I'm hydrated is fairly key here. Setting aside time for strength and mobility while TV is on is working, had some achey shins this week which is new.

Man we are only two days in and already my time management is out the gate 😆 I'll do my 5km time trial on Saturday at parkrun, I ended up doing 30min on the bike today plus Tuesday Tune Up 🙃

@Paul Green I reckon you can put that down to the heat this morning! My parkrun felt way harder than 7/10 and I was slower than I expected to be.

My 2026 running goal is sub 60min 10k, hopefully at beach to basin! I run mainly for the social side, but also the benefits to my mental and physical health
