Happy Sunday! Here's a short video of what I'm working on today. Please forgive the wind noise and wacky filming. I just used my phone and not my gimbal and microphone. Please give it a look and feel free to post your own video or just let us know in the comments what you're up to.

So lucky! I have a lot of snow on the ground still here in Nova Scotia. But I’m in seed buying mode already!

@Paula Boggan nothing really planned, but I am searching for poblano peppers and heirloom tomatoes. I also like to grow a lot of herbs for cooking with.
Nice to meet you all!
We had to abandon our beautiful gardens when we decided to move to the East Coast. I’m slowly starting to establish new ones! Pictured is our old vegetable garden.
Nice to meet you all!

@Paula Boggan thank you!

I dried some peppers from my fall garden in my laundry room. They're great for adding to soup or chili. I will grind some of them as well for seasoning. Do any of you preserve your fruits, vegetables, or herbs that you grow?

I have in the past. I bought a cheap dehydrator the seems to work well. I even dehydrated a bunch of shiitake mushrooms that I grew.

Dalton, I don’t know much else about the brand but It has multiple stacking trays and temperature settings.

We moved halfway across the country, built our dream home. I learned so many valuable lessons through the process that I have to share with everyone!
