Shield Your Vital Organs And Enhance Your Mood With Xenon Gas
Xenon calms, soothes, and protects organs (visceral and cerebral) - it feels great (I’ve tried it, very yummy!) You can currently purchase 500L at ~$15 per Liter - that’s enough to last you a few years, easily, and you would likely have a great mood, and super well protected bodily organs. I wholeheartedly recommend it ! Xenon is transitioning from a rare noble gas to a cornerstone of organ preservation. Recent ex vivo research using perfused rat heart and kidney models validates xenon as a superior therapeutic anesthetic. By inhibiting NMDA receptor function and activating TREK-1 potassium channels, xenon induces rapid cellular hyperpolarization. The biochemical impact is profound: it suppresses calcium influx and preserves ATP levels while downregulating pro-inflammatory cytokines like IL-1β and TNF-α. Data shows a 90% reduction in evoked potentials within five minutes and a 70% decrease in ischemia-reperfusion injury. Xenon provides robust cytoprotection without toxicity, even during prolonged clinical exposures. This gas does more than numb; it actively shields vital tissues against the metabolic crises of surgery and transplantation. https://link.springer.com/article/10.1186/s12967-026-07944-2

Would make for an interesting booth at a farmers market or health show. Forget oxygen bar, Xenon bar!

Let's make a Xenon supplement for simple oral experimentation. Options: Liposomal : https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5765033/ α-Cyclodextrin-based solid xenon carrier: https://jpharmsci.org/article/S0022-3549(22)00352-5/pdf#:~:text=Neuroprotective%20Properties%20of%20Xenon.,test%2C%20n%20=%2020). α-Cyclodextrin is safer than a safer alternative to beta-cyclodextrins as it has no OTO toxicity. But liposomal might be simpler.
Machine use Log
I'll log my experiences here if that is ok. Got my device. Just learning to use it but seems fairly simple. I did 5 minutes on low around my knee and bit on stomach 36 point. Zero heating of tissue, no noticeable negative effects. Will take a walk in a few hours and see how the hills feel. I wasn't having any specific knee issues but sometimes that one can complain, so seems a reasonable test spot. Will try on the left ribs / splenic flexure area in a bit. Nice that the device has a warmup feature. Nearly silent when on low but I could hear the buzz.

Will ultrasound shake the micro plastics loose from my brain?
Still waiting on the drive should be here Sunday.... https://isef.net/project/eaev062t-harnessing-ultrasound-for-microplastic-filtration
US 2000 Pro NOT SAFE?
@Sterling Cooley I asked Gemini AI if I could use the US 2000 Pro to stimulate my vagus nerve and this is what it said below. Is there any accuracy to this? I just purchased the 2000 Pro, and now I am a bit concerned to use it. The short answer is no. You absolutely should not use the US Pro 2000 on your neck to stimulate the vagus nerve. Just as using this deep-heating device near your ears is highly dangerous, using it on your neck carries severe medical risks. It is universally listed as an absolute contraindication in physical therapy guidelines for a few critical reasons: 1. The Danger to the Neck's Anatomy The vagus nerve runs down the front and sides of your neck, packaged right alongside your carotid artery and jugular vein in what is called the carotid sheath. This area also houses your thyroid gland and the carotid sinus (which regulates your blood pressure). 2. Deep Heating Causes Chaos in the Neck The US Pro 2000 is designed to push concentrated, high-frequency acoustic energy deep into tissues to generate heat and increase blood flow. If you apply that deep heat to the anterior (front) of your neck: - Heart Rate & Blood Pressure Drops: The acoustic waves and heat can overstimulate the baroreceptors in your carotid sinus. This can alter the normal electrical pacing of your heart, leading to sudden, dangerous drops in blood pressure or heart arrhythmias. - Thermal Nerve Damage: The vagus nerve is not designed to absorb concentrated thermal energy. Attempting to heat the nerve can cause permanent thermal damage rather than the therapeutic "signaling" achieved by the microscopic, non-heating ultrasound waves used in clinical trials. - Vascular Damage: Heating the major blood vessels in the neck can cause damage to the endothelial lining or potentially dislodge plaque. 3. The Right Tool for the Wrong Job The clinical trials for Low-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (LIFU) use highly specialized, low-power acoustic profiles specifically calibrated not to heat the tissue. The US Pro 2000 operates at a completely different frequency and power output intended exclusively for musculoskeletal issues—like joint stiffness, thick muscle tears, or large areas of dense tissue.

Well when I get mine I'm gonna try on low for like 30 seconds and keep moving it because I like to be careful. But my extensive queries to grok never gave me any concern. The threshold is below what would cause any thermal damage. Heating the brain probably isn't great but if you take very hot baths you are gonna get some of that. You may wish to query what settings are use when they ultrasound a neck carotid for plaque. They might be overdoing it there and giving folks strokes but I kind of doubt it. Even 'they' are not usually that careless in a way that can be easily traced back.
Vagus Nerve Side View
Sterling, is this a correct illustration of the side view location of the Vagus nerve? Or is it further back, more under the ears? Asking for new friends ✨️ 💙
