Here’s what’s coming in Jauary 2025: I’m adding two new appointments to boost the motivational group dynamic. First: A weekly Zoom call to talk all things health, fitness, and progress. Share your wins, struggles, tips, and anything else on your mind. It’s about creating a space where we can support each other, normalize the ups and downs, and get fired up seeing others put in the work and hit their goals. Second: A weekly group workout on Zoom for all Athlete-level clients. Something fresh to challenge you, keep you moving, and shake things up. The exact time will be up to vote come January and all workouts will of course be recorded, edited and posted to the community (and app) afterwards - but of course live is better and just has the real-time fun "we are in this together" feeling 💪😉 Both are optional, but honestly, I’d love to see as many of you join both calls as possible. In January, we’re welcoming five new QuickFit cadets, so let’s get the group energy ramped up and ready to roll by then. This kind of team motivation has been a game-changer for every client I’ve coached in the past! let’s make it happen!
