Listen, you’re not here for some 3-month “hi and bye” transformation. You’re here because you’ve made the decision to invest in your health and build something that lasts a lifetime! Being fit and healthy isn’t a side project — it’s a lifelong gig. And if you truly want to get the benefits — the energy, the confidence, the longevity, the quality of life — then you’ve got to welcome this lifestyle with open arms and a big bouquet of flowers. The main reason I stopped my old hourly "pay as you train” personal training service is because I realised something: an hour of me counting your reps in the gym wasn’t nearly enough to bring long lasting results and that independency that you need to carry this on sustainably - in fact is was quite the opposite! My clients at the time always felt lost without me and half arsed their workouts when I wasn't present (and don't even get me started on the nutritional aspect). What you really need is a system. A blueprint. A structured plan with accountability that makes you independent to do this by yourself once our collab is over. This way you know exactly how to reach your goals — and keep going long after. That’s what sustainable results really mean. Not punishment in a gym, not random sessions in a park, but building a lifestyle that adapts to your life for good and addresses the full 24 hours of your day and everything that makes a difference to your lifestyle. And I’ll be blunt — excuses don’t get results. Life is always going to throw curveballs. Work stress, family drama, unexpected crap you didn’t see coming, financial difficulties (I have my fair share of all of the above, believe me!). That’s exactly when you double down. 8,000 steps? No, you push for 12,000. Struggling with the 10kg dumbbells? You grab the 12s. Get up 30mins earlier to go for that crisp cold morning run. You are in control. You are the boss. Your life goes exactly where you take it, and you dictate the outcome of what life throws at you. Another monumental fact is — This isn’t just about you.

Unpopular opinion…Taking supplements and thinking you’re healthy is like taking out a loan you can’t pay back and thinking you’re wealthy. Walk into any gym or health store and you’ll see it: Rows of tubs, powders, pills, and potions promising peak performance and overnight results. And I see it all the time…People carefully portion out their morning stack of supplements—while skipping proper meals, running on coffee, getting minimal sleep, and wondering why they still feel drained and can't lose weight or get fitter and stronger. The shiny packaging with bold promises might make it feel like you’re doing something for your health…but most of the time, it just drains your bank account and your motivation in the long run. Here’s the reality: - Your brain needs sleep, not another “energy booster 5000 with an added Tribulus Ashwaganda blend” - Your body needs real food and movement, not just a protein shake and vitamin pill - Your health needs consistency, not quick fixes Even Gallup’s workplace report from 2025 shows a huge drop in wellbeing among senior managers—the same group of busy professionals and execs that are most likely to rely on supplements as a quick and easy fix while neglecting the basics. So this week, I want to challenge you to get back to and reset your foundations: ✅ Prioritise quality sleep ✅ Move your body every day (get your workouts and steps in 100%) ✅ Eat real, nutrient-rich food - remember my CPB rule, Calories - Protein - Balance ✅ Use supplements only as support, not a solution Because those expensive tubs can give you the illusion of health—but only the basics will build the foundation - don't allow yourself to be fooled by the supplements industry. 💭 What’s one supplement you’re taking right now… that you might not actually need?

Lesson #27 - Vacation = Reset Time
As you all know I’ve just come back from holiday — and I’ve come back with some freshly confirmed insights, knowledge, and feelings about what vacations really mean for your healthy & fitness - both physically and mentally. Here’s the truth: vacations are a reset button. YOU decide how disciplined you want to be (not just on my program, but moving forward now throughout your life). The main problem people face when they go away but want to stay in shape is they get flustered... they want to continue being fit and eating healthy but want to also let their hair down, relax, endulge and actually enjoy their holiday - So what tends to happen is people attempt to go all-in on restriction, but then treat themselves and then guilt-trip themselves into some half-hearted workout to “make up for it.” and then nominating 1 day for a water fast, or some other random restrictive rule... Which of course all achieves nothing except frustration and regret that you didn’t actually enjoy your time away but also didn't really get in shape either. That’s why I follow my 3 R principle (I made a video on it, link in comments👇): - RISE – fuel your day with a hearty breakfast. - REFRESH – grab a light snack during the day. - REWARD – enjoy a proper evening meal. Take in the culture, the cuisine, and spoil yourself a little. Your secret weapon? Steps. Walk more, explore, soak up the sights. And if you feel like it, throw in the odd workout or focus on stretches — they’re lighter but just as valuable as strength training. And hey, if you want to track everything and stick to the plan like an absolute boss — go for it. I’ve had clients do this while away and crush it. The key is this: take control your way… but TAKE CONTROL.

“Do Less vs. Do More” — The Simple Formula for Feeling Better Physically & Mentally Let’s be real…Most people overcomplicate health. They chase hacks, supplements, or the latest trend… when in reality, it comes down to this: 👉 Do less of the stuff that drags you down (junk food, endless scrolling, isolating yourself, too much alcohol, Netflix marathons). 👉 Do more of the stuff that lifts you up (real food, movement, sunshine, water, nature, connection). It’s not about perfection. It’s about tipping the scale. - Swap one takeout meal for a home-cooked one. - Trade 30 minutes of scrolling for 30 minutes of strolling (that's approx. 3,000 steps!) - Say “yes” to socialising and no to social media! Small swaps = massive impact over time. Of course life is about balance and treating yourself from time to time, so this is where the 80 - 20 rule comes nicely into play - If you adhere 80% of your life to the "more" list on the right and 20% to the "less" list on the left then you are on the perfect path for healthy and sustainable change. …and remember: real empowerment comes from saying yes to the good stuff, not from living in the restrictive mindset of always saying no to the bad.

Your workout is a date with yourself. And unlike that one friend who’s always “running late” — you can’t ghost you. The truth? Life will always throw you reasons to cancel. Work gets busy. Kids get loud. Couch gets… suspiciously comfortable. But here’s the thing — when you cancel on you, you send the message that your goals aren’t worth pursuing and your progress is not wortg keeping. Here’s how to make sure this date happens: 1️⃣ Book it like a meeting – Put it in your calendar as "Appointment with the boss" YOU are the boss! and this is an appointment you can’t skip. 2️⃣ Prep like you’re going out – Lay your clothes out, fill your water bottle, get your playlist ready. No excuses - you did the prep, now it's time to work! 4️⃣ Stick to the plan – have everything ready including your mind-set and get straight in! 5️⃣ Hold yourself accountable – Text a friend, post your sweaty selfie on the socials. And don't forget - I'm watching in the background! I get the notification as soon as you complete a workout on my phone. It always makes me smile too 🥲 Bottom line: Respect the date. Show up. Every. Single. Time. Because this is the one relationship that literally shapes your future! So what's it gonna be ?!
