@Rod and Adrienne Earl I was asking $5900, but since we’re new on Airbnb with no reviews yet and the guest wanted a lower price, we negotiated and reached an agreement.

Listing platform
Hi everyone, I listed my property to all the MTR listing platforms. Also sent emails to the email only platforms, but have not heard back. Has anyone had any any experience with this? Is it typical to hear back? I'm also wondering if I should keep emailing them every month or so or is it a bad idea ?
