@Robert Winkworth When prompted to select category, this is what is available: Although I do see it under Community:
Clutch not happy
12 Valve 5.9, HX35/S475 (171702) Dynomite Diesel Stage 2 Power Jet Injectors, PPump set at 480cc. 60 psi manifold pressure, NV4500. Well, this weekend I found the limit of my clutch. 5th gear, powerbraking at road speed to build boost, ran right through the clutch. Does this mean I am making more than 450 hp and 1000 ft lbs of torque?? That is what the clutch is rated for. I had thought a couple of days prior I felt it slipping in 4th at WOT. I guess that was the case....

@Robert Winkworth Well, I guess its time for a dual disc. Any chance there is one available that I can still daily drive and tow that will hold up to my combination? Southbend, Valair? Any others to consider?

I spoke with Southbend, Phoenix and Valair. Given how abusive my driving style tends to be, I decided on the Valair Dual Quite Disk, all ceramic. I realize there will be concessions relative to a single disc. Both Southbend and Valair recommended dual disc. Phoenix does offer a single with feramic buttons on both sides for this application. Starting to remember my youthful days when my Twin Turbo Camaro tended to eat parts....🤣. The Camaro engine is from the 90's. I turbocharged it in 1982.
OFV adjustment
Installed the torque tech adj ofv… idle is 32 psi… seems high, light rev, 34-36 psi… no road test yet, but I’m thinking of backing it down a bit. Suggestions? Tow rig 3.54 gears auto 180 ppump…. Ok road test no adjustments made at all. After driving it down the street 20-25 mph sustained FP was up close to 38psi… open road 50-55 mph, FP dropped off to 8psi-10 psi, has not returned to any FP above 10 psi after 4 mile test drive. WTF?

@Mark Livingston The spring is very easy to install. Just pay attention when you pull the lift pump apart and inspect for debris. That is also a good time to take a caliper and measure the piston diameter to verify you have the large piston lift pump. Check for scoring. Don't squeeze it too hard in a vise. I try to never squeeze the piston area of the pump when pulling them apart for the spring.
