So this week, we reset. IT STARTS THE NIGHT BEFORE Winning the morning isnโt about willpower. Itโs about preparation. Before you go to bed: - Plan tomorrow (training, meals, priorities) - Get what you need ready - Remove decisions Because the more decisions you have to make in the morningโฆthe more likely you are to make the wrong ones. ๐ Planning = clarity ๐ Clarity = execution THE MORNING STANDARD No negotiation. โ No snooze button. Every time you hit snooze, youโre delaying action. Thatโs a habit, and it carries into everything else. ๐ต No phone for 20โ30 minutes. Donโt let the world dictate your mindset before youโve even started your day. ๐ง Hydrate immediately, 750ml water minimum, I add electrolytes. Wake the system up. ๐โโ๏ธ Move your body. It doesnโt need to be perfect. Stretch. Walk. 20 push-ups. Just get your heart rate up and body moving. THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE Average people wait to feel ready.
