A one-off event is gone the moment it ends. You build the whole thing, run it once, and next time you start from nothing again. A recurring event ➡️ same day, same time, on repeat ➡️ quietly does three jobs for you. It remembers, so you don't have to. When someone adds a recurring event to their calendar, they add it once, and every future session is already sitting in there. No "don't forget, it's tomorrow!" from you every week - the calendar does that bit. It's the difference between texting a mate every Friday to remind them you're meeting, and just having a standing Friday coffee that nobody needs reminding about. It turns showing up into a habit. A one-off asks people to decide all over again each time - worth it? Got the time? A regular slot stops being a decision and becomes routine, like the class you just go to on a Tuesday without thinking. Less deciding, more showing up. It compounds. Your first session, you fill the room from scratch. By the second, half of them already know where to be, so you're adding to a room, not building a new one. A bit like a snowball: every time round it picks up more and keeps what it already had. So if you only run one-offs, take your best one and give it a regular home. Same slot, every week or every month, then let the calendar carry it. New to Skool Events Daily? Come along to our - WELCOME CALL
