Lot has changed for my business. Dramatically switched offers. Started running ads. Actually tracking my numbers. Agree with Ryan. Looking back, I don’t know how relevant the roundtable tactical stuff was. The only two things I have been using from that workshop: 1. First 4 hours of the day are focused on the constraint. If I’m not working on the constraint, I’m essentially wasting my time 2. Focus on getting LTGP:CAC > 10 So all in all, I think the mastermind was worth the money. I made the money back within 2 months from the takeaways of the workshop. Meeting you guys was also a huge eye-opener/perspective shift. Going to make it a goal to go to at least 2 masterminds / year from now on.
