Dropped Call Rate Kills Connection Rate
Cold Calling Metrics Hope everyone had a good break last week. We have been trying out cold calling for 2 months now. But our contact rate (someone who actually picks the phone and answers) is abysmal. The rate is about 0.1% for about 35000 calls dialled. We are using direct skip to get numbers and mojo dialer for dialings. Is there something I am missing here. We are dialing land lines as well as mobile numbers.
