Bio: Hello from Kentucky ladies. I am 54 years old and have been a member since January 2024. This program has been and continues to be amazing!

Bio: 54 yr old post menopausal. Looking to shed 10 pounds.

Bio: 75 years old.

Bio: Retired and loving it. Would like to be slimmer and fitter. My weight and my ability to fit into my entire wardrobe bounces around, a lot! 😃
