Dad has a successful surgery last night. We are able to go visit him this morning. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

I have posted and asked what do specific words mean. Some may have picked up on it. These are the first 5 Leadership Codes. While some are actively reviewing these (I thank you for being a part of it), I can't wait to get these out. These are going to greatly impact aspiring leaders, first through third level leaders, and really anyone that wants to simply get better at leading. Thank you all for the support!
