1. Not having the drive to take care of my body by going to the gym and eating better 2. Helping out a friend with her dream, and getting into better habits to take care of myself 3. Healthier and more positive outlook on working out and eating right 4. Having a group of people that go through the same problems and getting to talk about it 5.
